I miss these guys. . . And Christmas

Christmas in California! What a great time! I know that were now in February and should be posting Valentines Day Post, but I could not miss putting these up! Jack is beginning to talk really well and loved telling us about Santa Clause and SNOWMEN! This kid is so cute! We drove down the streets looking at the lights and whenever we passed a "nowmen" we had to stop and roll down the window to get a better look at the Snowmen! Wes is trying to be like his big brother but all that comes out is grunts and high pitched screams!
We also went to Pasadena on Christmas Day to be with Jons side of the family. Ava was all dressed up in her beautiful Christmas Dress, which we decided to wear outside while blowing bubbles and the whole bottle spilt all over it! Oops! Well I hope you all had a great Christmas too!

Auh... I just Love Christmas and the snow!

So, my sister Nicole needed some pictures for the family Christmas Cards this year. It was about 12 degrees outside around the time we took these pictures and I think we look pretty happy for being out in the cold freezing our bums off!

Festival of the Trees

My Friend Natalie invited me to go to the Festival of Trees with her at the South Town Expo Center. It was huge inside. There was everything from community dance teams and singing groups to Christmas trees and gingerbread houses! Every year they put on this event and locals donate the pre decorated Christmas Trees, paintings, blankets, wreaths, desserts and much, much more, to be purchased and all the proceeds go to charity. It was amazing! If you live in Utah or will be visiting next year, I encourage you to stop by and look around.

Christmas at the Pyles!

We had about 60 people over and since it rained the whole day, we had no outside patio that we were counting on for space, so it ended up being very close and cozy! We had a wonderful dinner, which the whole family participated in bringing portions and my Dad cooked the roast and Turkry! There was also a gift exchange and of course we watch the big Basketball game and played more Nintendo! The cousins tried to go see a movie but shortly after leaving they were on their way back... it was sold out! But all in all, it was so nice to be with the whole family before we came up to Utah!

After we opened gifts with my Family we went over to Jons Moms and Step Dads house to continue the fun!
