What a difference 1 week can make. The baby is moving more and more, if you can believe that, and he is getting a lot stronger! He now weighs about a pound and two-thirds and is 14 inches long according to BabyCenter.com I have gained about a pound or two from last week and my back is feeling it. It feels like I have two pinched nerves in my lower back so I went to get a massage and it helped for maybe... that day! Jon tries his best to rub out the aches and pains in my body and I am sooo grateful! I really just need to go out and get a support band and see if that helps at all. I know it's a thanks to my hips getting wider and the extra weight in the front.
I still have plenty of energy in the mornings, until the evening comes, then I'm ready to sit and watch a movie and fall asleep! Other than the back pain, I feel great! I will be going in for the glucose drink in a few days and thanks to a few peoples comments about it, I'm really now worried!

I'm hardly even showing and I'm getting crazy back/rear end pain. The baby is sitting on my sciatic nerve so there is almost no stretching or massaging that will help. The Dr. said that hopefully the baby will move, otherwise it's just going to get worse. BOO.
You look great, btw.
You look super cute as always! I'm excited to see you on sat! No worries about the glucose drink. It's nothing. I was all nervous but really it tastes like orange crush. If it's cold it's actually pretty good. Piece of cake test! Also, I think your dr. will recommend you get the flu shot. I think they recommend all prego patients get them. I had to get that and the H1N1 shot.
I was worried about the drink too. I honestly didn't think it was as bad is I thought. If you drink it cold it helps..at least that's what I did. I can totally relate to you about the back pain too. I would say get the band. I waited too long to get one. But, when I finally did, it seemed to help with some of the issues I had.
