Banana Bread, My Favorite

Jon and I never finish eating all our bananas so we froze them this last time! We made two types: one with crunched walnuts sprinkled on top and the other plain. I was so surprised they didnt burn, since we have to adjust our ovens temp according to what we think will really be 350.. if not they would be well done in less then 20 minutes!

That is so funny cause we have the same problem with our oven. It is a total guessing game and I am always happy when it seems that I've guessed right!
